Overview
Napa 500 is a commonly used medicine to reduce fever and relieve mild to moderate pain. It contains Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) as its active ingredient, which works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever.

Dosage & Administration
Adults: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, not exceeding 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children (6-12 years): ½-1 tablet every 4-6 hours, not exceeding 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Note: Do not take more than the recommended dose. Consult a doctor for children under 6 years.
Side Effects
Napa 500 is generally well-tolerated when taken at recommended doses. Rare side effects may include:
- Nausea or stomach discomfort
- Allergic reactions (rash, itching)
- Liver damage (with overdose or prolonged use)
- Blood disorders (rare)
